We are looking for an experienced Talent Resourcer to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This position will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and qualifying potential candidates to build strong talent pipelines. The role will have a strong focus on proactive sourcing, market research and candidate outreach to support current and future hiring needs across Solirius.

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Databases and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and niche roles.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) to understand role requirements.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
  • Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages.
  • Support employer branding and initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing. Familiarity with ATS Platforms (ideally Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Experience in in-house recruitment (preferable). Understanding of diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
