  • You’ve managed remote and in-person usability testing throughout the agile development lifecycle.
  • You’re able to lead and participate in the analysis and synthesis of research data and findings, and communicate insights in an engaging and concise way to engage stakeholders in data-informed decisions.
  • You can define key metrics and measurements used to evaluate the impact of products and services and inform ongoing enhancements.
  • You’re able to support and coach teams and stakeholders in the use of a range of user research methods, analysis and synthesis techniques and approaches to presenting and sharing findings.

User-centred design and agile working
