About You: You are a motivated and adaptable professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. You enjoy working in collaborative, agile teams and take pride in delivering high-quality solutions that make a tangible impact. With strong communication skills and a consultative approach, you’re comfortable engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into effective outcomes. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Talent Resourcer to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This position will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and qualifying potential candidates to build strong talent pipelines. The role will have a strong focus on proactive sourcing, market research and candidate outreach to support current and future hiring needs across Solirius.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Databases and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and niche roles.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) to understand role requirements.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
  • Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages.
  • Support employer branding and initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing.
  • Strong research and internet sourcing skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS Platforms (ideally Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience in in-house recruitment (preferable).
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
