About You: You are a motivated and adaptable professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Talent Resourcer to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This position will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and qualifying potential candidates to build strong talent pipelines. The role will have a strong focus on proactive sourcing, market research and candidate outreach to support current and future hiring needs across Solirius.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Databases and networking.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and niche roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification.
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) to understand role requirements.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
- Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages.
- Support employer branding and initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing.
- Strong research and internet sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with ATS Platforms (ideally Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience in in-house recruitment (preferable).
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
- Understanding of diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
