We're looking for a Technical Lead with proven industry experience in digital product delivery and architecture to join our team. You will be an expert collaborator and technical communicator with a structured, hands-on approach to breaking down complex technical architectures and data structures.
In this role, you will lead the technical pathfinding for a key cross-system data initiative with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). You will excel at working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Rainbow Team alongside Delivery Managers, Software Engineers, User Researchers, and Product Designers to build technical proofs-of-concept (PoC) and operational prototypes.
Acting as the technical authority, you will work closely with government system owners and SMEs to understand integrations, map technical flows, and establish a shared data foundation that directly empowers frontline users.
