We are looking for a Teacher in GCSE English Fixed term maternity cover.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and develop teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles.
- Take responsibility for the quality of teaching and related curriculum development that meet learner needs.
- Assess learners' progress in College or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm, resilience and high motivation coupled with Literacy and Numeracy qualifications to at least Level 2.
- Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent).
- Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/PGCE/Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment and evidence of current Continuous Professional Development.
- Relevant assessment qualifications IQA/A1/V1 are desirable.
