About The Role
Solink is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior International Field & Channel Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across EMEA and other international growth markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated field marketing programs that drive pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and deepen customer engagement across priority international regions. As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to build scalable, data-driven regional marketing strategies aligned to business goals. You will serve as the primary marketing partner for international sales leadership and play a critical role in influencing go-to-market strategy and regional growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Regional GTM Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated regional field marketing strategies aligned to international pipeline and revenue targets.
- Partner with regional Sales leaders to identify market opportunities, account priorities, and territory growth plans.
- Build quarterly and annual marketing plans that support demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), customer expansion, and partner initiatives.
- Translate global campaigns into localized programs tailored to regional market dynamics, buyer personas, and industry needs.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Own regional marketing contribution to pipeline creation, acceleration, and influenced revenue.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, executive roundtables, digital programs, partner campaigns, and account-based initiatives.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation teams to optimize campaign performance and lead conversion across international regions.
- Monitor and improve funnel performance, lead quality, engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Events & Experiential Marketing
- Lead strategy and execution for regional trade shows, conferences, customer events, and executive programs.
- Manage end-to-end event planning including budget management, vendor coordination, messaging alignment, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Drive innovative customer and prospect engagement experiences that support pipeline acceleration and brand awareness.
- Sales & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the trusted marketing advisor to regional sales teams and leadership.
- Align closely with SDR and sales stakeholders to ensure campaign effectiveness and follow-up processes.
- Partner with Product Marketing to refine regional messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to support channel and alliance initiatives in international markets.
- Localization & Regional Expertise
- Provide insights into regional market trends, buyer behaviors, competitive dynamics, and cultural considerations.
- Ensure marketing programs resonate locally while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Identify opportunities to expand presence in emerging international markets.
- Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Use marketing and sales data to optimize investment decisions and campaign strategies.
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and communicate program outcomes to senior leadership.
A Little Bit About You:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant experience in international field marketing within SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth across EMEA and/or international regions.
- Experience partnering directly with enterprise or mid-market sales organizations.
- Strong expertise in integrated campaign planning, event marketing, ABM, and regional demand generation.
- Experience managing complex regional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
