We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, Enterprise to join our growing UK-based Sales Team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our EMEA. You’ll bring experience selling into Retail, Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR), or Hospitality and understand the operational challenges faced by multi-location businesses, from loss prevention and security to operational consistency and visibility across locations.
You will own the full sales cycle, developing new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and helping prospective customers understand how Solink can deliver measurable business value across their operations. Your success in this role will directly impact our growth and market presence across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Your Territory: Identify and prioritize target accounts across Retail, QSR, Hospitality, and other multi-location businesses within your territory, building strategic plans that drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Build Key Relationships: Proactively identify, develop, and nurture relationships with champions, decision-makers, and key influencers across functions such as Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, IT, Finance, and executive leadership.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage opportunities from initial outreach through close, including prospecting, discovery, demos, business cases, negotiations, and final contracts.
- Understand the Customer’s Business: Develop a strong understanding of each prospect’s operational environment and connect Solink’s capabilities to business priorities such as reducing loss, improving security, increasing operational visibility, and driving consistency across locations.
- Drive Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline while delivering reliable forecasts through disciplined opportunity management and deal progression.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success and other internal teams to align customer needs with tailored solutions and deliver a compelling buyer experience.
- Articulate Value Clearly: Translate Solink’s technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engage In-Person: Travel occasionally to meet with prospects and customers across the UK and Northern Europe for meetings, industry events, and field sales opportunities.
Role Expectations
This is a P4 level role. At Solink, individuals at this level are experienced contributors who operate with a high degree of autonomy within their area of expertise. They lead complex initiatives, influence outcomes across teams, and use their expertise to raise the effectiveness of those around them.
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
- Strategically own and develop your territory, leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently delivering against pipeline, forecast, and revenue commitments.
- Anticipate risks and blockers, proactively developing solutions and aligning the right internal and customer stakeholders to keep opportunities moving forward.
- Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, translating complex operational challenges into compelling solutions and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner strategically across Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams, representing customer and market perspectives and influencing strong cross-functional outcomes.
- Raise team effectiveness by sharing expertise, coaching peers through complex opportunities, contributing scalable sales practices and resources, and continuously applying feedback and industry learnings.

What You Bring
Must-Have:
- Relevant Industry Experience: You have demonstrated success selling technology, SaaS, security, or operational solutions into at least one of the following verticals: Retail, Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR), or Hospitality.
- Proven Sales Performer: You bring 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience and a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Multi-Site Selling Experience: You have experience selling to organizations operating across multiple physical locations and can navigate the operational, technical, and commercial complexity that comes with these environments.
- EMEA Market Expertise: You have experience selling within EMEA, particularly the UK and Northern Europe, and are comfortable traveling occasionally to build relationships and close opportunities.
- Full-Cycle SaaS Closer: You excel at prospecting, qualifying, and managing the complete sales cycle.
- Strategic & Consultative: You’re skilled at navigating complex sales cycles, leading meaningful discovery, tailoring demonstrations, developing business cases, and connecting solutions to measurable customer outcomes.
- Executive Communicator: You’re comfortable engaging everyone from operational leaders and technical stakeholders to C-suite executives.
- Self-Driven & Autonomous: You thrive in remote, high-growth environments.
- Trust Builder: You build relationships authentically and use emotional intelligence to understand customer needs, internal dynamics, and decision-making processes.

- Security Industry Experience: Experience selling video surveillance, physical security, loss prevention, VSaaS, or related technologies is a strong advantage.

- Tech-Savvy Seller: You’re comfortable using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Process-Oriented & Precise: You follow structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, manage your pipeline with rigor, and consistently deliver accurate forecasts.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is £138,000 - £148,320 GBP. We determine compensation based on the experience, skills, and impact you bring to the role.
