Essential Cuisine Ltd, part of Solina Group and one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of stocks, sauces and gravies to the foodservice and food manufacturing sectors, is looking to appoint two National Account Customer Care Executives, one full time and one part time to join our successful team in Winsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with telesales or customer service experience who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to chefs, creating new sales opportunities by introducing our product range and demonstrating how our solutions can support them in their busy kitchens.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Make daily outbound sales calls to chefs (existing & prospective customers).
- Create new sales opportunities by promoting our premium product range.
- Support customers by providing samples.
- Support a Business Development Manager.
- Run focused sales campaigns.
- Update CRM systems and complete general administration.
What We're Looking For
- Outbound telesales or sales experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Confident, professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel).
- Food industry or foodservice experience (desirable but not essential).
- A genuine passion for food.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above, or equivalent).
