Solina Elland is seeking a Development Technologist to join our R&D team. You will work hands-on with sauces, dressings and marinades, guiding concepts through development to launch in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
You’ll support NPD/EPD projects, create kitchen samples, test ingredients and help recipes improve and scale for production, while keeping an eye on market trends and customer needs.
