Solina UK is home to a vibrant portfolio of foodservice brands, and we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help elevate how our brands show up across packaging, print digital, and customer-facing channels. Key Responsibilities
- Packaging Design
- Create innovative, market-ready packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Support the build and preparation of technical artwork files.
- Digital Graphics & Content Creation
- Design engaging assets for web, social media, email, and digital campaigns.
- Produce dynamic visuals that support brand storytelling and product launches.
- Brand Identity & Visual Strategy
- Contribute to the development and evolution of brand identities across foodservice brands.
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital and print channels.
- Food Photography & Art Direction
- Support food photography shoots and art direction to capture compelling imagery.
- Work with photographers and chefs to produce high-quality content.
- Marketing & Sales Collateral
- Produce brochures, flyers, product sheets and trade marketing assets.
- Support menu and recipe visualisation to help customers bring concepts to life.
- Trade Marketing Integration
- Develop visual assets that support trade activity, campaigns and customer presentations.
- Trend Awareness & Market Scouting
- Keep up to date with design, packaging, and food industry trends.
- Bring fresh inspiration and innovation to the team.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work with Marketing, NPD, Sales, Culinary and the wider business to deliver projects on time and within brand guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in a design role, preferably in foodservice.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign as a must).
- A portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design work.
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
