An experienced HR Business Partner to support the Leadership team with operational HR and business goals to ensure a high performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing employee relations, recruitment, talent management, championing a great workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience as a standalone HR Business Partner, confident to play an active role supporting the Leadership team, ideally CIPD Level 5.
  • Experience of Workday would be beneficial.
