Weare seeking to recruit a highly organised, professional and personablePreparatory School Receptionist and Administrator to join our busy andwelcoming Preparatory School team.
Asthe first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, the successfulcandidate will play a vital role in creating a positive and professionalimpression of the school as well as providing high-quality administrative andreprographics support to colleagues.
Aswell as providing a welcoming reception service, the role supports key membersof the Preparatory School Management Group and Administrative teams with a variety oftasks.
Thisis a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent communication andorganisational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage a rangeof priorities in a busy school environment.
Thesuccessful candidate will have previous reception or administrative experienceand be confident using Microsoft Office, they will have the ability to workindependently whilst contributing effectively as part of a team.
