Burman Infant School is looking for a part-time Teaching Assistant for the Spring Term 2026. The position requires 21.25 hours (5 mornings and 1 afternoon) during term time plus INSET days. The salary is Band C, £26,824 - £29,540 pro rata.

We are seeking an inspiring, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our caring, skilled, and dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vastly improved school committed to providing opportunities and achieving success for all children. Burman Infant School is a happy, positive, and popular infant school located just outside the centre of Shirley in Solihull, with strong partnerships with parents, neighbouring schools, and the wider community.
