Solihull Council seeks a Strategic Development Lead to shape the UK Central Hub and drive investment and delivery across housing, regeneration and infrastructure. You will work with public and private partners to unlock investment, accelerate delivery, and foster sustainable economic growth.
You will operate at a senior level, building relationships with major developers, Government, HS2, West Midlands authorities and investors to shape a shared growth vision and deliver homes, jobs.
