Marston Green Infant Academy is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions.
  • Provide essential support to the School Business Manager in operational tasks.
  • Maintain student records, admissions, attendance using the school's MIS system - SIMS.
  • Manage Site and Administrative staff.
  • Maintain and update school policies and procedures.
  • Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Support the Trustees of the Academy as Governance Professional.

Experience:

  • Experience in an administrative or office management role within an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanour and strong customer service skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with school management software (e.g. SIMS, Arbor).
