Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council's Home Library Service is seeking an enthusiastic assistant to deliver books and resources to customers across Solihull, working predominantly Monday to Wednesday and on Fridays.
The role involves driving a small transit van, building relationships and promoting library services within the community. You will support customers with library resources and digital enquiries, maintain stock, complete records and work largely independently to ensure excellent service.
