Ready to lead with purpose and make a real impact? We’re looking for a passionate, people focused Team Leader to inspire and support a busy frontline homelessness service. You’ll lead a team delivering statutory homelessness duties, providing professional guidance, overseeing complex cases ensuring high quality, person centred and legally robust outcomes. Bringing strong knowledge of housing legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act, you’ll thrive in a fast paced, diverse environment and support your team to perform at their best.
You will:
- Lead, support and develop a team of Housing Options officers delivering statutory homelessness duties
- Oversee casework quality and ensure compliance with homelessness legislation and guidance
- Manage performance, workload allocation and service demand in a high pressure frontline environment, supporting staff wellbeing and resilience
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to secure positive and sustainable housing outcomes
- Contribute to service development, performance reporting and continuous improvement
