We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Information Analyst to play a key role in supporting information management, data quality and digital systems across Corporate Property Services (CPS). This role sits at the heart of the service, ensuring that accurate, timely and well-presented data is available to support operational teams, managers and external customers. You will be the main point of contact for CPS data and information, coordinating requests, producing reports and dashboards, and helping colleagues use information more effectively to support decision-making. You will also support service improvement by reviewing how data and digital systems are used, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and ensuring the maximisation of the digital tools we already have available, particularly within Microsoft 365. Working closely with CPS colleagues, IT teams and external partners, you will play a key role in testing and implementing system changes, improving data quality and building digital confidence across the service.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for CPS data and information, coordinating requests from across the service.
- Produce reports and dashboards to support decision-making and operational management.
- Help colleagues use information effectively to inform decisions and improve service delivery.
- Support service improvement by reviewing how data and digital systems are used and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
- Assist in testing and implementing system changes, and in improving data quality across the service.
- Build digital confidence across the service and promote the use of available digital tools, particularly within Microsoft 365.
Qualifications
- An A-Level or equivalent in IT or a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in information systems and/or information management.
- A good understanding of how information systems and digital technology support service delivery.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data to support decision-making.
- Experience of producing reports, dashboards or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business needs.
- The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues with varying levels of digital confidence.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
