Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in coordinating people, processes, and technology to achieve our strategic digital objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the successful and timely implementation of innovative digital solutions across the College.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of digital projects aligned with our Digital Transformation Strategy.
- Lead a team of developers and analysts, encouraging effective communication and collaboration, using cutting-edge technologies and ITIL best practices to enhance the digital experience for all stakeholders.
- Champion greater efficiency and productivity throughout the College by utilising integration, artificial intelligence, and automation in both business support services and the curriculum.
- Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor the financial progress of all digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Possess a PRINCE2 or ITIL qualification, in addition to holding a relevant degree or having equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate substantial experience in managing digital projects and leading teams to successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, ITIL methodologies, and emerging technological trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
