18.5 hours per week, 38 weeks term time We are currently seeking to appoint a Personal Development Coach to work within the school of Animal Care. This role is primarily based at our Blossomfield campus but you could be asked to visit our other sites. The successful applicant will work closely with students providing one-to-one coaching and delivering Personal Progress and Development (PPD) sessions to groups. This role will be the day-to-day contact for students in a specific curriculum area and the successful applicant will set and review targets to improve student attendance, progress and behaviour. You will be skilled in coaching young people to succeed and possess strong communication skills. We value the experience of candidates from a wide range of settings and sectors, but recent experience of working in a Further Education setting in a coaching and/or personal tutoring role would be an advantage. For the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
