The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Working closely with the Director of Quality Enhancement, you will play a central role in designing and implementing tailored interventions for students at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). This includes leading re-engagement activities, coordinating with various departments and external agencies such as Solihull Council, and ensuring that interventions are delivered effectively to meet the individual needs of students.

Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging taster days, transition sessions, and a dynamic curriculum to prepare students for full-time study or progression opportunities. You will be a key liaison for curriculum teams, support services, parents, and external partners, working proactively to reduce student disengagement and promote progression pathways such as Supported Internships.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the College's commitment to improving retention and supporting students who are at risk of disengagement, while playing a crucial role in developing strategies to reduce NEET rates across the institution.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and PGCE (or equivalent), with experience working with young people at risk of NEET. You should have strong knowledge of safeguarding, inclusion, and multi-agency working, plus experience in further education, particularly in student engagement and curriculum design. Excellent communication and data analysis skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
