We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join our Construction team based at our Woodlands campus teaching Level 1 City and Guilds Carpentry and Multi Skills courses. The successful applicant will have a: * Level 2 in Carpentry qualification together with industry experience * Relevant Level 5 teaching qualification (or committed to work towards in line with contractual requirements) * Level 3 Assessor Award or equivalent In addition, a Level 4 Verifier Award (or equivalent) is desirable. If you are new to teaching or have taught under 5 years you may be eligible for the levelling up payment. In addition, if you do not already possess a teaching qualification we will provide you with a reduced teaching timetable, in order to undertake a mentored programme of teaching skills development including funding for a professional teaching qualification. If you are an experienced Electrical Installation professional with an interest in developing tradespeople of the future, then we would love to hear from you.
