As Digital Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating people, processes, and technology to achieve our strategic digital objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the successful and timely implementation of innovative digital solutions across the College.

You will oversee the planning and delivery of digital projects aligned with our Digital Transformation Strategy. Leading a team of developers and analysts, you will encourage effective communication and collaboration, using cutting-edge technologies and ITIL best practices to enhance the digital experience for all stakeholders. Your leadership will be central to driving successful transformation projects within the organisation.

You will champion greater efficiency and productivity throughout the College by utilising integration, artificial intelligence, and automation in both business support services and the curriculum. The role also involves managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and monitoring the financial progress of all digital initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a PRINCE2 or ITIL qualification, in addition to holding a relevant degree or having equivalent experience. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate substantial experience in managing digital projects and leading teams to successful outcomes.

You will possess a strong understanding of digital transformation, ITIL methodologies, and emerging technological trends. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels are essential.
