The predicted salary is between 15.74 - 15.74 £ per hour.
We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join the Additional Needs Team at our Woodlands campus. These roles are hourly paid positions. The hours are flexible and variable, up to a maximum of 37 per week, and will be offered on a guaranteed annual hours basis.
Qualifications
- Experience working in supportive or caring roles with young people or adults
- Understanding of how to assist individuals with additional needs
- Knowledge of inclusive learning and equal opportunities
- Good general education up to GCSE level, including Maths and English at Grade C / Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
- Willingness to develop specialist skills related to disabilities
