Part Time – Hourly Paid Β£28.93 per hour (to include preparation and marking). We are seeking experienced professionals in Customer Service to join our teaching team as Hourly Paid Lecturers. Applicants should hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Customer Service, along with recent industry experience. Our programmes are delivered in modern, well-equipped facilities using the latest tools and resources to create a high-quality learning environment.

Ideally, candidates will have recent teaching experience and hold, or be working towards, a recognised teaching and assessor qualification. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting learners to develop their skills and confidence, we would be delighted to hear from you.
