Maternity Cover

Term time only 38 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to a maternity cover position within our supportive team based at our Stratford Campus.

In this vital role, you will work closely with students who have additional needs, helping them to fully access and benefit from their educational experience at the College. Your support will play a key part in empowering students to achieve their goals and thrive during their time with us.

With experience supporting young people in a post-16 Further Education setting, and a strong understanding of inclusive learning and equal opportunities, you will provide in-class support to students during both theoretical and practical lessons.

Experience of providing administration support is essential as you will be required to maintain Additional Support paperwork within the Additional Needs Team.

You will be educated to GCSE Level English / maths or equivalent and ideally possess, or be prepared to work towards, a Learning Support qualification.
