We are seeking a Health and Safety Administrator to join our Estates Office team. You will provide high-level administrative support to the Health and Safety Manager, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and well-coordinated service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • General administration tasks
  • Managing Health & Safety systems and databases
  • Processing and organising accident records
  • Reviewing assessments
  • Responding to general H&S queries
  • Organising and taking minutes at meetings
  • Coordinating training sessions (both on-site and online)
  • Supporting the administration of the Health and Safety budget and related purchases

With experience working in an office environment, you will have a good general education and a proven track record of providing effective administration support. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel, and demonstrate excellent customer service and strong communication skills. The ability to work independently, follow instructions accurately, and provide reliable support to the Health and Safety Manager is essential.
