We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and inspirational Head of School of Academic Studies to lead our A Level and Science curriculum. In this role, you will play a key part in growing the curriculum, transforming student outcomes, ensuring that each student is supported in achieving their full potential and progressing towards a successful future. The successful candidate will lead on curriculum development, student experience, and departmental performance, ensuring excellence in teaching, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. You will manage staff, resources, and planning processes to deliver a dynamic and responsive educational offer which encourages staff to perform at their highest level, through strong communication and leadership. A degree or equivalent industry relevant qualification and/or significant industry experience and relevant teaching qualification are also essential requirements.
