What you’ll do:

  • Lead our strategy for teaching and learning excellence, professional development, and quality assurance.
  • Inspire and support curriculum teams to deliver a consistently exceptional learner experience.
  • Use data insight and performance analysis to drive impactful interventions.
  • Lead our tutorial and personal development curriculum and line manage our Heads of Progress and Personal Development.
  • Champion our college competitions strategy, raising our national profile and student success.
  • Act as a key strategic leader in our journey towards excellence and innovation.

  • Someone who can influence, motivate, and inspire staff at all levels.
