Would you like to join the staff team of an expanding Alternative Provision Multi-Academy Trust? Solihull Alternative Provision Academy, part of the Solihull Alternative Provision Multi Academy Trust (SAPMAT), is an alternative provision where we provide innovative solutions for a number of students for whom mainstream education is simply not working (for a range of reasons). In our short lifetime thus far, we have grown considerably and continue to expand as our provision evolves.

As we have developed, we have continued to recruit committed, passionate and talented staff who ensure a full range of interventions to help change the outcomes of and life chances for our students for the better. We are looking for a committed Pastoral Support Assistant to provide pastoral support for students who may have emotional and/or behavioural difficulties and to work with and help facilitate those students' successful inclusion in school life and to provide supervision for students who are struggling.
