Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Role and Responsibilities
As an Application Support Analyst, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external incidents and service requests.
- Log support requests, allocate and prioritise them through Solifi’s incident management and service fulfilment processes.
- Act as the SME between the customer and internal service teams, taking ownership and driving tickets to resolution.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and problem‑solve any issues to meet client needs, gathering functional requirements and resolving business functionality issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain transparency to improve client satisfaction.
About You
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Application Support environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with incident management (ITIL V3 qualification desirable but not essential).
- Ability to take ownership and be responsible for actions.
- Preferably German speaker (advantage).
- Desirable: experience in finance or banking industry.
