We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to nurture and grow our existing clients across EMEA. This is a newly created role and is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, understands complex client needs and collaborates effectively with internal teams to deliver outstanding results. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction, renewing their contracts, identifying growth opportunities, and helping them get the most value from our products and services.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts to drive retention, satisfaction and growth
- Build new senior relationships across the organisations to identify cross-sell & services opportunities
- Work closely and collaboratively with the CSM team to enhance client satisfaction
- Setup, coordinate and deliver impactful QBRs alongside the CSM and wider team
- Create account plans for each of clients, mapping all key stakeholders and challenges
- Track performance and prepare reports on key metrics and insights
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and drive vertical success
- Attend client meetings, tradeshows, and key conferences to network, build new contacts and drive satisfaction & growth
- Collaborate with industry associations across the region to expand network and market presence
- Provide client feedback and insights to Product to shape our solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in Salesforce
- Consistently achieve and exceed renewal, upsell and services targets and KPIs
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitive offerings
Qualifications: 5 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree
