Level 3 Utility Surveyor in Derby

About the role

SolidPoint is looking for a Level 3 Utility Surveyor to support a major project in London. The work will primarily involve night shifts, so accommodation will be provided where required.

You\’ll be working alongside our Senior Utility Surveyor and existing teams to deliver high-quality, PAS128-compliant utility surveys.

While this is initially a temporary position, there may be an opportunity to move into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting Utility and PAS128 surveys in accordance with client specifications, company policies and procedures
• Ensuring all deliverables meet the required specifications and deadlines
• Use survey equipment like GPR and EML
• Producing clear CAD drawings and survey reports
• Working with engineers and contractors on-site
• Follow health & safety rules and standards like PAS128

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in utility surveying
• Proven experience working as a utility surveyor
• Hands-on knowledge, and practical experience with GPR and EML
• Full UK driving licence
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks to meet deadlines

Desirable Qualities

• CSCS card (training can be provided if required)
• AutoCAD experience
