We are seeking a Training & Solutions Engineer to deliver technical training while supporting customer deployments and communication system solutions. This dual-role position combines technical expertise with hands‑on customer engagement. You will act as a subject matter specialist for MANET and secure communications technologies while delivering practical training and supporting system configuration and field trials. Expect a varied role with significant customer interaction and travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver practical technical training to customers
  • Develop and improve training materials and technical documentation
  • Act as a technical specialist for Wave Relay / MANET solutions
  • Support network design, configuration, and system integration
  • Assist with customer demonstrations, trials, and deployments
  • Provide hands‑on technical support (on‑site and remote)
  • Build strong relationships with defence and technical stakeholders
Skills & Experience
  • Background in defence, communications, or technical field-based roles
  • Experience with networking (IP, RF, Cisco/CCNA, or similar)
  • Exposure to MANET or wireless communication systems desirable
  • Experience delivering training, mentoring, or technical support advantageous
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel and work closely with customers
  • SC clearance or eligibility required
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) desirable but not essential.
