We are looking for a Talent Search Specialist to join our Recruitment team on a permanent basis, helping us identify, engage and attract exceptional engineering and technical talent to support the continued growth of our business.

This isn't a recruitment administration role.

It isn't about posting adverts and waiting for applications.

It's about uncovering talent that others can't find, building relationships with passive candidates and using your creativity, curiosity and determination to solve some of our most challenging recruitment projects.

  • What You Will Be Doing
  • Proactively headhunting exceptional engineering, manufacturing and technical professionals.
  • Mapping competitor organisations and identifying hard-to-find talent.
  • Building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Using Linked In Recruiter and every sourcing tool at your disposal to identify passive candidates.
  • Creating personalised approaches that spark conversations and build relationships.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand specialist recruitment requirements.
  • Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including competitor mapping and market intelligence.
  • Continuously exploring new sourcing techniques and innovative ways to attract niche talent.
  • What We Are Looking For

You will probably already have experience in talent sourcing, executive search or recruitment and genuinely enjoy the challenge of finding people that others can't.

You will also have

  • Outstanding sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Experience engaging passive candidates through direct search.
  • A naturally curious and investigative mindset.
  • Resilience, persistence and creativity.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand technical roles quickly.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • This role is hyrbid - regular travel to all sites within the UK is required
