We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role focuses on coordinating recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and locations
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional experience
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Post job adverts on job boards, social media, and careers sites
- Prepare offer letters and recruitment documentation
- Provide updates to hiring managers on candidate progress
