The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join Steatite Antennas in Leominster. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a customer-facing role with line management responsibility, focused on delivering multiple complex technical projects across engineering and manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement and delivery against cost, quality and timescale objectives. This role requires a confident and commercially aware project professional who can build strong customer relationships, manage suppliers and lead cross-functional teams to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver multiple complex technical projects from initiation through to completion
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, milestones, risk registers and reporting activities
  • Manage project scope, commercial performance and change control processes
  • Track project expenditure and ensure delivery against agreed objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams, technical resources and third-party suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Manage supplier performance, timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure projects align with company quality standards and ISO requirements
  • Escalate project risks and support continuous improvement activities
  • Support governance, lessons learned and best practice project delivery

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing multiple complex technical or engineering projects
  • APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent
  • Advanced Microsoft Project skills
  • Experience managing project budgets and commercial performance
  • Strong stakeholder, supplier and customer management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within technical or engineering environments
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • APM PPQ or Chartered Project Professional (ChPP)
  • ERP experience within engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Planner and/or Dynamics 365
