About the Role
This role encompasses the following responsibilities:
- Deliver a full in-house recruitment service on a range of diverse roles across the business.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers at all levels, providing coaching and support through all stages.
- Develop innovative ways to attract talent to the group.
- Support the business in the development and implementation of a talent acquisition strategy.
- Work with HR and managers to develop emerging talent pipelines.
- Screening candidates, arranging and attending face-to-face interviews.
- Create job descriptions and adverts that reflect the company’s brand and culture.
- Administer tests and assessments when required.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records on all candidates.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics.
- Participate in and/or organise career open days and other networking events.
- Actively contribute to the HR team project work and other duties as deemed appropriate.
Qualifications
You will have experience working as an in-house recruiter, preferably with experience in the Engineering industry.
Required Skills
- Previous experience of successful delivery as a recruitment consultant in an in-house environment.
- Experienced direct-sourcing recruiter with an understanding of the recruitment industry.
- Experienced with recruiting via social networks such as LinkedIn.
- Ability to plan and organise workload, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient use of Microsoft office packages.
- Demonstrate passion for recruitment and exceeding customer needs.
- Ability to work with different departments and personalities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage high volume positions.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary Package: £40,000
