This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, customer focussed and outgoing individual to join a world leading manufacturer of professional audio products. SSL are looking for a new Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator to provide dynamic support to many functions across the business. This is a key position to provide first line of response to orders and enquiries from our customers and distributors, and close co-operation with the in-house Despatch Team.
The successful applicant will be a confident self-starter with the ability to prioritise their workload, a strong administrator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well, both in writing and verbally. You will also be computer literate with good numeracy skills needed to compile relevant monthly reports.
Key responsibilities:- Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and RMA’s onto our MRP system
- Organising international shipping of our products
- Provide high quality, customer-focussed administrative support to Sales, Service and Logistics Teams
- First line of support for customer enquiries by phone and e-mail
- General administrative duties such as reception cover and internal bookings for company resources
- Occasional support to the shipping dept picking and packing orders
- Highly organised with a good attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Focussed on providing a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- Experience of international trade and logistics.
