You will also support our Quality Management System (QMS), coordinate calibration activities and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.

  • Maintain accurate records and process transactions using our ERP system, ensuring effective tracking and reporting.
  • Work closely with Quality, Production, Warehouse and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage equipment calibration schedules, records and external service providers to ensure compliance.
  • Support the maintenance of our Quality Management System, including documentation, audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding returns, providing timely updates and supporting issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve returns processes, reduce inefficiencies and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, returns management or a similar administrative role within a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Epicor.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and a genuine interest in improving processes and ways of working.

Experience within electronics manufacturing, quality auditing or other regulated industries would be advantageous.

This is an office-based position in Redditch, involving regular interaction with production teams and occasional travel to our Ashchurch facility for operational support, training or audits.
