The Role We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Finance Manager to support our business through a significant period of change.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in evolving environments, and is motivated by the opportunity to help shape processes and ways of working.
Initially, the role will be broad and fluid as the business transitions, with the scope becoming more defined over time.
You will work closely with the Finance Controller, supporting in delivering accurate reporting, strengthening financial controls, and providing insight to operational and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management and group reporting, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, Budget Variance Analysis, and Key Financial Metrics Supporting the divisions forecasting and budgeting process Supporting commercial decision‑making Supporting the preparation of all statutory returns, including VAT and all applicable taxation Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, including inter‑company entries Payroll and pension administration with outsourced provider P11D and P60 reporting Any other duties as the business may require within your capabilities Skills
