We are seeking a NEBOSH-qualified HSE Advisor to support health, safety, and environmental performance across our multi-site operations. Working alongside the HSE Manager, you will provide hands-on support to site leadership teams, conduct audits and risk assessments, manage incident investigations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all sites. This role requires flexibility to operate across multiple locations and support operational teams in maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation across all sites
  • Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and monitor corrective actions
  • Support risk assessments and development of safe working procedures
  • Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Assist with external audits and ISO compliance activities
  • Support HSE performance reporting and trend analysis
  • Promote safety culture through engagement, training, and toolbox talks
  • Support PPM-related HSE actions and improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or workshop environments
  • Experience working across multi-site operations highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation
  • Experience with risk assessments and incident investigations
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 desirable
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently across sites
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance frameworks
  • Experience delivering safety training or engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of environmental management systems
