We are excited to be partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing additive manufacturing providers, specialising in powder-based fusion technologies such as SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) and MJF (Multi Jet Fusion). Renowned for delivering both prototype and production-grade end-use parts, they serve a wide range of industries including sports technology, marine, subsea, academia, and automotive.
As a Quality & Compliance Engineer, you'll ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations. Your role will be key to supporting a high-growth production environment while helping the business meet ISO standards and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Support environmental compliance initiatives in line with ISO 14001
- Investigate and manage non-conforming components and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and report on product and process quality, identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct internal audits and support external quality assessments
- Prepare and formalise compliance documentation, including SOPs and audit reports
- Collaborate across departments to embed quality throughout the production process
- Present findings and quality updates in management review meetings
Experiences required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 (or a willingness to learn)
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and confident communication abilities
- Experience delivering presentations and participating in audits is a plus
