Solid Recruitment is seeking an experienced Client Support Administrator to join a thriving financial services team. If you’re organised, client-focused and confident supporting advisers in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Experience & Skills
- Background in financial services or an IFA environment (preferred).
- Strong client administration and customer service skills.
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
- Confident problem solver with the ability to handle non-standard situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build trusted relationships.
- Able to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team.
Role Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients via phone, email and letter.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation and investment details within IO.
- Record all client interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support the preparation of client reports, reviews and documentation.
- Liaise with providers to manage transfers, applications and ongoing administration.
- Ensure fees and commissions are accurately set up and maintained.
- Uphold AML/KYC, GDPR and other compliance requirements.
- Provide general office support and occasional cover for reception or other admin roles.
Additional Requirements
- Complete mandatory financial services training.
- Adhere to company policies and data security standards.
