About the Role
Solid Recruitment is seeking a commercially aware and detail-driven Insights Analyst to join a growing Operations team. Work with high-quality data to drive customer and business outcomes. Deliver accurate, insightful reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Play a key role in improving efficiency and reporting standards. Support continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse sector and portfolio-level data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Produce contractually required customer reports within agreed SLAs
- Prepare budgets, accruals, consumption reports, spend and margin analysis
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
- Deliver ad hoc analysis for internal stakeholders and prospects
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and workflows
- Identify savings opportunities and performance improvements
- Assist with onboarding new customers from a reporting perspective
- Manage customer and stakeholder queries via email and phone within SLAs
- Work closely with Account Management and Operations teams
- Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders on reporting progress and findings
- Collaborate across teams to improve reporting workflows and outcomes
- You will regularly work with tools including:
- Looker
- Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- CMOS
- Litmos
- HR Locker
- Appriasd
