We're looking for an experienced, forwardâthinking Recruitment Manager to lead our talented recruitment team and shape the way exceptional people join the SRA. This is a fixed term contract for around 12-14 months to cover a period of maternity leave. If you're energised by building efficient and inclusive hiring strategies, developing others, and delivering a brilliant candidate experience, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

The role:
You'll head up a small but ambitious team, delivering a proactive, inclusive and customerâcentred recruitment service. Beyond delivering operational recruitment requirements efficiently and effectively there are plenty of opportunities to exercise and build your knowledge and skills. Whether it's designing targeted attraction campaigns, enhancing our assessment approach, improving our tech or championing inclusive hiring practices, you'll have the scope to shape how we do things - and the support to make it happen. This is a full time, hybrid role working from home and from our office in Birmingham.

- Bring solid, demonstrable experience in talent acquisition - leading functions and people effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Balance multiple priorities, delivering your own work while ensuring the team succeeds.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team while managing recruitment operations effectively.
- Champion inclusion, diversity and exceptional candidate experience.
- Candidate with experience both inâhouse and agency or RPO; and/or working in a professional services environment are of particular interest.
