The role involves reporting into the Lead Developer for mySRA, where you will use your experience to help shape our methodologies, processes, and drive adoption into the team. As a Software Developer, you’ll work closely with different members in our IT team including other developers, architects, DevOps, and delivery teams to create reliable, user-focused services and contribute to quality code that follows modern engineering best practice. You will help develop and design both internal and externally facing applications – websites, APIs, and modular integration components. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, maintaining and enhancing standards, principles, and ways of working effectively.

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge and experience in Azure, C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API and MSTest
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of what constitutes clean, maintainable code, recognition of patterns and anti-patterns
  • Strong analytical skills to unpick complicated flows, including with the use of artificial intelligence support
  • Knowledge and experience in HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge and experience in TypeScript and frontend frameworks including Angular and Vue.js
  • Ability to work collaboratively and have a result orientated approach
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
