Solicitors Regulation Authority is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Manager to head a QA team and deliver a comprehensive quality assurance programme across the organisation. You will report to the Head of Quality Assurance and mentor four to five QA professionals, embedding rigor and continuous improvement within complex regulatory operations.
You will work with senior stakeholders, shaping QA strategy and the Quality Management System, ensuring timely delivery to high standards.
