The SOLICITORS REGULATION AUTHORITY is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Manager to lead a QA team and ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality assurance activity across the organisation. You will report to the Head of Quality Assurance and design, oversee and continuously improve QA plans in line with business objectives.
This full‑time hybrid role (35 hours per week) can be based in Birmingham, Cardiff or London, with 1–2 days in the office and the rest remote.
