Solicitors Regulation Authority is seeking an experienced Corporate Complaints Officer to join the Birmingham-based Corporate Complaints Team. You will investigate, respond to and resolve escalated complaints about our service, including complex cases and sensitive topics.
The role is full-time and hybrid, 35 hours per week, based in Birmingham city centre with 1–2 days in the office and the rest from home; closing date 26 October 2026.
